A bladder and bowel assessment at home with a written report and care and product recommendations, suitable for NDIS plans.
What's included
- Bladder and bowel history and 3-day chart review
- Skin and perineal check
- Review of current pads and products, including urisheaths and external catheters
- Written report with care and product recommendations
- Copy of the report for you, your GP, plan manager or provider
Who it's for
People with leaking, urgency, constipation or catheter needs, and NDIS participants who need a continence report.
Please have ready
Current products, a bladder or bowel chart if you have one, and your NDIS plan if relevant.
How care is delivered
A Registered Nurse visits you at home or in supported accommodation. Care is provided with your consent and within the nurse's scope of practice. If anything needs a doctor's review, we contact your GP with your permission.
